We have developed custom contact form plugin for Rs Card. You can manage plugin options by going to Wp-admin ▸ Settings ▸ Contact Form Options
Here you can change the placeholders, Email address, add google recaptcha key and select theme for recaptcha.
You can use this plugin’s widget or use the [rs_card_contact_form] shortcode in posts/pages
